First, many people will be wondering what is PIZZA BREAD. Pizza is a bread with tomato sauce and chess that is made in a circle then cooked in an oven. Sometime you can add toppings such as pepperoni, mushrooms, pineapple, sausage, bacon etc and that defines the type of Pizza.
If you are interested in baking that Pizza Bread and eating healthy instead of buying, then follow these instruction and make your first Pizza Bread.
We are going to make two types of Pizza Bread. Pizza Bread and
Pepperoni Pizza Bread
Pizza Bread Recipe
While many confuse what Pizza is and what Bread is, let us look at what Pizza Bread is.
3/4 cup water (70 to 80 degrees F)
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon butter or margarine,
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/3 cup chopped pepperoni
1/4 cup chopped canned
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
2 teaspoons grated Parmesan

In bread machine pan, place the first 10 ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to bread
machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed).
Just before the final kneading (your machine may audibly signal this), add the pepperoni, mushrooms and cheeses.
Pepperoni Pizza Bread Recipe
1 3/8 cups water
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons dry milk powder
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup pepperoni sausage,
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
1/3 cup canned mushrooms
1/4 cup dried minced onion
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Place ingredients in bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Start. To bake bread in oven: select dough or manual cycle. Once cycle is
complete, shape dough and place in a greased loaf pan. Allow to rise in a warm spot until doubled in size. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in the center of the loaf reads 200 degrees F (95 degrees C).
