How to make yummy Pancake at home for family break fast

Pancakes which is also called  hotcakes in Mexico or griddlecakes is a type of bread made using frying pans

It belong to a class of quick bread that uses baking powder, although some are also made using a yeast-raised or fermented batter.

They are served as breakfast or desert

1 1/2 cups of flour
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp white sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
3 tbsp butter, melted

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes.

In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.

Make a well in the center, then pour in the milk, egg and melted butter.
Mix until smooth.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.

Scoop the batter onto the griddle or frying pan using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.

Allow to brown and turn both sides until both sides and brown and serve hot.
